Area Manager

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee our 7 Victorian stores. You will play an integral role in delivering an amazing customer experience in every store.  Leading by example you will engage, uplift and motivate your team for success.  

The successful candidate will be an experienced and enthusiastic retailer, with a passion for people. In addition to this you will:

  • Be someone who can inspire our retail teams to achieve their best.
  • Have a minimum 3 years’ experience managing a multi-site environment.
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be someone who has strong organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing 7 stores across Victoria
  • Talent acquisition, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Working with our Customer Experience Manager to develop and execute product training.
  • Driving sales performance with exceptional customer service
  • Working with Store Managers on all aspect of rostering including sales and wages budgets and KPI’s
  • Oversee Inventory controls and stocktakes.
  • Ensuring your stores execute merchandise strategies, including campaign and visual merchandising to company standards.

Customer Service Manager - Head Office

About The Role

We're on the lookout for a meticulous and efficient Customer Service Manager to join our team at our Oakleigh Head Office location. In this role, you'll lead a small yet dynamic team, working closely with our E-Commerce Operations Manager to enhance sales and deliver outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service management, a commitment for customer satisfaction, fashion, and retail sales, along with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and exemplary leadership skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via email, phone, and live chat to address inquiries and provide assistance
  • Resolve complaints promptly, offering suitable solutions and ensuring follow-up for resolution
  • Identify and cater to customers’ needs to ensure their satisfaction
  • Drive sales by assisting customers and facilitating exchanges/refunds within specified timeframes
  • Coordinate communication with our stores and warehouse, as well as manage interactions with freight companies to ensure efficient logistics
  • Assist in invoicing and order packing during quieter periods
  • Efficiently manage time and delegate responsibilities to team members as necessary
  • Conduct 'Book a Stylist' appointments

Casual Retail Sales Consultants - Sorrento

About The Role

We are seeking experienced & passionate Retail Sales Assistants to join the team! You will be responsible for offering an exceptional customer service experience, as well as assisting your team in achieving success to meet sales targets. 

 

Key Responsibilities

About You

Warehouse Casuals - Oakleigh Warehouse

About The Role

Joining our Warehouse team based in Oakleigh, we’re searching for reliable and motivated individuals to assist with the pick and packing of stock, reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader.

Our Warehouse operates Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm, with shifts ranging between those hours.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pick and packing of store restocks
  • Stock receipting inward and outward goods
  • Unpacking and processing of goods
  • Ensuring inventory is correctly located within the warehouse
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace

This is a hands-on, physical role requiring people who can work both in a team environment and autonomously. You must be reliable and able to start immediately. 

The positions available are on a casual seasonal basis. With Summer being our peak trading period, there may be additional Saturday shifts rostered throughout December/January.
