How can I place a same day delivery order?

To place a same day delivery order, select the item(s) you would like to purchase and use our 'Find in Store' function to see if you're eligible for same day delivery.

Add items to cart and proceed to checkout. Select the same day delivery option as your shipping method.

How much does same day delivery cost?

The starting cost for our same day delivery option starts at $15. The shipping charge will be based on the delivery location, this delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

What is the criteria for a same day delivery ?

We are currently offering same day delivery for orders within 40kms of our warehouse in Oakleigh, Victoria. Orders must be placed by 12pm AEDT for same day delivery (orders placed after 12pm will be sent out the next business day).

Note: Same day delivery orders are only eligible on business days. Any same day delivery orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be sent on the next business day.

When will my same day delivery arrive?

Same day delivery orders will arrive before 5:00pm AEDT from the date of purchase, if ordered before 12pm).  

What if I have an issue with a same day delivery order?

Click & Collect is available at all Swimwear Galore stores.

How do I place a Click & Collect order?

1. Find the product on our website that you would like to collect from store. 

2. Select your colour and size

3. Select a store ensuring your chosen store indicates your product has stock available

4. Add product to bag and proceed to the checkout. 

5. Confirm the store that you would like to collect your order from and proceed through the checkout. 

6. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email of your Click & Collect order.

7. A second email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. Ensure you bring a digital or printed copy of this email or photo identification with you.

8. Head into store and go to the front counter, present your email or ID to collect your item/s.

When can I collect my order?

Orders placed before 12pm, we will aim to have ready for collection within 4 hours. Please ensure you have received your ‘Ready for Collection’ email and you can pick up your order anytime within our trading hours! 

Please note: We will hold your order for up to 7 days. 

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order on my behalf?

Yes! Please forward the Ready for Collection email to the person that will be collecting your order. Provide a copy (printed or digital) to the store to collect your order. 

How will I be notified that my order is ready for collection?

Once your order has been prepared for pick up, you will receive an email indicating your order is ready! This email provides all the information you will need to collect your order. 

I can no longer make it into store, can I get it delivered?

Yes! If you can no longer make it into store to collect your order, please contact the store to arrange for your order to be delivered to you.
