Please consider before returning or exchanging:
Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers attached.
Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
We offer FREE and easy returns and exchanges within 60 days from date of purchase, if you are not 100% happy with your online order.
If your item(s) met our returns/exchange criteria, please follow these steps:
1. Simply fill out the Returns/Exchange form on the back of your invoice that is included with your parcel or download a new form here.
2. Send back your items for FREE via Australia Post. Simply go to https://return.auspost.com.au/SWIMWEARGALORE and fill out the form. You will need to provide your order number which can be found on your invoice and confirmation email. If you would like to exchange and if your new order does not qualify for free shipping, please use the promotional code: 901RT0920 at the online store checkout, so your shipping is on us! (Australian customers only)
Don’t have a printer? No problem! You can print your label at a Post Office. Present your Australia Post confirmation email and the staff will print your label.
3. Or if paying a visit to one of our Victorian stores is easier for you, you are welcome to bring in your online order to be returned in store. Please remember to bring in your invoice as your proof of purchase. View store locations here.
4. Once your return/exchange is received it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for funds to appear in your account.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders purchased with a gift card, will be refunded with a replacement gift card.

Please note: Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the customers expense. At this present time we do not have an exchange option for our international customers. You will need to simply place a new online order for your new size.
If you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange, refund or credit note. You can return your purchase up to 14 days from the day you purchased it. The credit note is valid for 12 months from the issued date.
Swimwear Galore has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use.
