Q: I have previously used Rheen Bubble Cap from AquaGear in USA however they have now ceased trading. Their Bubble cap used to have a rubber section on the inside edge of the cap to stop water getting in. Does your cap have this?

The bubble rubber swim caps have a rubber band running along the inside of the swim cap to help seal water out. This sounds similar to what you have had in the past.
