International Shipping & Delivery

All International parcels will be sent by our mates at DHL. Parcels are sent via an express shipping service and will be fully trackable to your delivery destination.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email from both Swimwear Galore and DHL containing a your tracking number and a link to track your order on the DHL website, so you can track your order progress right to your doorstep!

Please note: Due to customs regulations unfortunately we are unable to ship to Russia.

PO Box Addresses

Unfortunately PO Box addresses are not accepted for international orders & your parcel will be returned to sender (us) if the delivery address is a PO Box.

Signature Required

All parcels require a signature upon delivery and therefore we recommend that you provide an address where you will be during normal office hours. 

Custom or Import Duty Fees

Custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. Although rare, we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, Swimwear Galore will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.

Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left Australia, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given timeframe we are not liable for any delays that are are out of our control.
