Shipping & Delivery

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Air Express and are trackable to their destination. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email from both Swimwear Galore and Australia Air Express containing a link to to track your order on the Australian Air Express website (http://aae.com.au/), so you can track your order progress right to your doorstep!

If you are a member, you can track the progress of your order from start to finish by logging into your account and clicking "Order Tracking" in the "My Account" section. This will provide you will with your orders progress until it has been dispatched through our warehouse. From there you can track the delivery of your parcel through the Australia Air Express website (http://aae.com.au/).

Although we're always here to help, if you have trouble tracking your order, or have a delivery issue it's often faster and more convenient for you to deal directly with Australian Air Express on 13 12 13 and quote your tracking number.
