RINSE YOUR SWIMWEAR in clean water, or wash with a mild detergent. We use and recommend Bayswim’s Togwash.
DRY YOUR SWIMWEAR FLAT to ensure you avoid any dyes running. Also try to dry in the shade as the damaging rays of the sun will deteriorate the fabric quicker.
AVOID EXCESSIVE CHLORINE as high degrees of chlorine will result in bleaching away the color and destroying the fabric. For regular use in chlorinated water, we have a great range of chlorine resistant swimwear that we recommend.
AVOID USE IN SPAS as the combinatin of heat and chlorine will deteriorate your swimwear. Why not wear one of your old swimsuits for the spa.
COMMON CAUSES OF DETERIORATION are often chemicals such as chlorine, sunscreen, perfume, deodorant, tanning products and pespiration. In excessive amounts, these can all cause staining & age your swimwear
ROUGH SURFACES cause snagging and extra wear and tear to any fabric and your swimwear is no different.
REMOVE ANY TRAPPED SAND by gently running your fingernail over your swimwear.
